Eligibility Requirements: Scholarship recipients are chosen on the basis of academic achievement, personal strengths, leadership and financial need. Have a permanent address within the 22 South Texas county area. Be an undergraduate or graduate student enrolled full-time in a degree seeking program at a U.S. accredited college or university for the full academic year. Have earned at least 12 undergraduate credit hours in an accredited college or university and have a minimum cumulative gpa of 2.7 on a 4.0 scale. Call for additional details.

This award is given to assist members of the Boy Scouts of America Order of Arrow who are intersted in preparing for a professional Scouting career. Applicants must submit a 25-500 word essay expressing their reasons for pursuing a career with the Boy Scouts of America.
