Hoosier Scholar Award

Intended use: For full-time freshman study at accredited vocational, 2-year or 4-year institution. Designated institutions: Eligible Indiana postsecondary schools.
Eligibility Requirements: Applicant must be a high school Student with a 3.5 GPA or higher planning to enroll full time at a two year or four year Indiana college or university. Must be U.S. citizen or Indiana resident residing in Indiana.
Additional information: List of eligible Indiana colleges and univiersites provided with application. Applicant must be in top 20 percent of high school class.

Indiana accredited elementary or secondary school after graduation.

Young Survivor Scholarship

For full-time undergraduate study at accredited 2-year or 4-year institution in United States.
Eligibility Requirements: Applicant must be no older than 20. Must be a U.S. citizen residing in Indiana or Michigan.
Application requirements: Recommendations, transcript, proof of eligibility, essay, FAFSA, Letter from doctor verifying diagnosis.
Additional information: American Cancer Society's college scholarships are Indiana's and Michigan's first and only scholarship opportunities exclusively for students with history of cancer. Applicant must be a cancer survivor, diagnosed before age 21.
