About The Author:

Carol grew up in Sydney, Australia, but has lived in Brisbane with her husband and family for most of her adult life. Although a qualified Primary School teacher, Carol worked for many years alongside her husband in their own Financial Planning business. She has always had a passion for helping others, especially those who are struggling to find their way in life, and has used her experiences from her younger years in particular, when she herself faced many challenges, including marrying an alcoholic following a demoralising breakup which took her years to recover from, and resulted in bankruptcy and divorce, to inspire her writings.

Carol is the mother of three grown daughters and two step sons, and she and her husband of over twenty years currently have ten grandchildren between them.
