Married Life

Married life is an array of experiences for everyone who has ever taken wedding vows and has made the giant step to holy matrimony. Marriage is probably the most serious course of action that you will ever take in your lifetime, making married life an intricate part of all of our lifestyles.

What you get out of a marriage depends on how much you are willing to put into it. It also depends a great deal on who you marry and the type of relationship you have with that person.

There are many degrees and variations of events that are associated with married life. No two marriages are ever the same and you can't base your marriage on what you perceive as being good, or bad, in somebody else's.

For one thing, you don't know what goes on behind closed doors in a married person's household because in public, many people put on a show of spousal sensitivity and marital bliss by smiling and chatting with each other, and showing respect while looking and acting like the perfect couple, but once they get home, the gloves come off and all hell breaks loose in paradise.

On the other hand, married life can be blissful, and two people who really love each other can share a wonderful experience that lasts all of their lives. Finding the right mate is paramount to having a good married life, although finding the right mate can be quite an undertaking.

Some people fall in love immediately upon meeting, others learn to love each other over a period of time, and still, many people marry for reasons other than love, such as the involvement of children, money and other financial issues, and some people even marry for no other reason than companionship.

Married life takes many twists and turns over time, regardless of the reasons people marry in the first place. They fall out of love just as easily as they fall in love. They start out by making wedding vows of love to each other for all eternity. Then, at some point in the marriage, they lose touch with each other. They start arguing, cheating, going through financial hardships, they separate, and they divorce, and yet, when all is said and done, they get married again.

Sometimes it may take three or four marriages before a person finds the right mate, settle down, and live and love. But some people never get accustomed to married life and they find that living single is more to their liking.

The term "opposites attract" does have a special meaning in a relationship. Some people are so unalike that others who know them wonder why they ever got married in the first place. The answer is, you can't base love on personal interests. Maybe they don't have the same interests, but that isn't what matters. It is what is in their hearts that keep them together. They may love each other sincerely, but stay out of each others business or personal activities, and this course of action in their marriage may suit them perfectly.

On the other hand, many married people have the same goals in life, they have the same desires, and they may even claim to be so much alike that they call themselves soul mates. There love for each other transcends what is in their hearts to include everything in their lives that include their goals and their ambitions.

Married life can be filled with joy, happiness, and all the wonderful things that you dream about. Love and marriage is all about finding the right person that you can call your mate, who you can live with, have children with, and most of all, finding someone who you enjoy being around.
